The ZJUT Scholarship was created to encourage more successful international students to study at Zhejiang University of Technology. You are eligible for the scholarship when you meet the following basic requirements:

• Adhere to the laws, regulations, and university rules of China,
• Maintain good moral character and have no criminal or illegal record,
• Demonstrate academic success and maintain high grades,
• Complete the registration process and be accepted by the university.

However, your scholarship will be disqualified if any of the following conditions are found:

• Submission of fraudulent application documents,
• Failure to pay tuition fees within the specified period,
• Failure to complete the registration within the specified period,
• Violations of university rules or Chinese laws during study.

Eligible Applicants: Degree Programs (Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctoral)

Application Procedure:

• Once your application status changes to “Processing,” it will take 2-3 weeks for your scholarship application to be processed.
• You will be notified via email if you are awarded the ZJUT Scholarship. You can also view the scholarship result in the application system.
• Students must pay a 1400 RMB deposit and upload the payment receipt to the application system on time.
• Scholarship winners must complete the registration process on time with the acceptance letter, scholarship certificate, and other necessary documents.
• After completing the registration process, scholarship recipients should open an ICBC bank account and send the bank card details to ischolarship@zjut.edu.cn by October 31.
• After receiving the ICBC bank card, recipients must sign an authorization agreement for bank deductions. This agreement authorizes the direct deduction of tuition fees from the student’s ICBC account after the scholarship is paid.

Note: According to the Zhejiang University of Technology International Student Regulations, if you are currently in China and must apply for a visa before registration, you must pay the full annual tuition fee in advance, regardless of your scholarship level.

ZJUT Scholarship Types:

• Excellence Scholarship: Equivalent to 4 years of tuition fees for Bachelor’s and Doctoral programs and 3 years for Master’s programs.
• Achievement Scholarship: Equivalent to 1 year of tuition fees.
• Friendship Scholarship: Equivalent to 1 semester of tuition fees.
• Incentive Scholarship: Equivalent to 1 year of accommodation fees (in a 4-person room).

Application Deadline:

• End of May (Scholarship evaluation begins on March 1 each year).
