Admission Requirements

There are two categories of applicants:

1. Chinese Nationals: Enrolled according to Tsinghua’s LL.M. and JM program requirements.
2. Foreign Nationals:
   • Must apply through the Tsinghua International Graduate Program Online Application Service System.
   • Hold a bachelor’s degree in law with excellent academic performance and strong English communication skills.
   • English Language Proficiency:
     • IELTS: Minimum 6.0
     • TOEFL: Minimum 90
   • Submit the following supporting documents:

     • Academic Records
     • Two Recommendation Letters
     • Personal Statement
     • Other relevant documents
   • Online Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an online interview conducted by Tsinghua School of Law.

Award
