Admission Requirements
There are two categories of applicants:
- Chinese Nationals: Enrolled according to Tsinghua’s LL.M. and JM program requirements.
- Foreign Nationals:
- Must apply through the Tsinghua International Graduate Program Online Application Service System.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in law with excellent academic performance and strong English communication skills.
- English Language Proficiency:
- IELTS: Minimum 6.0
- TOEFL: Minimum 90

- Online Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an online interview conducted by Tsinghua School of Law.

Award
Students who successfully complete the academic and administrative requirements will receive a Juris Master Degree in Intellectual Property and Innovation Policy from Tsinghua University.
